Returns & Refund Policy
At PJ's Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable merchandise and store credit for coffee quality issues. Please note that due to food safety regulations, opened bags of coffee cannot be returned for resale.
Return Process

Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- 2.Verification
For quality concerns or damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and product labels to help us expedite your request.
- 3.Return Shipment
If returning non-perishable merchandise like mugs or brewers, pack the items securely and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
